Who could not forget "Big" Ed Stone. Ed came from a wonderful family in Terra Linda. Ed and I went through grammar, junior high and high school together. I remember Ed having a great laugh. His size was imposing but he had a heart as big as a mountain. I remember seeing Ed at Shakeys Pizza one evening. He talked about his lovely wife and family. He shared with me that he was going in for a minor operation in a few days. He didn't survive the operation. I was stunned. Rest in Peace "Big" guy. Your friend, Brian
As I was visiting this area, I noticed the name Ed Stone, hoping it wasn't the Ed Stone I knew. Ed was a big guy with an even bigger personality. I was the Terra Linda Mascot and Ed held that position right after me. His spirit couldn't be beat. I am honored to have shared something with him. His sister Wilma was in my class and can't wait to see her again. Ed, you really were one in a million, rest dear friend.
