By-mail Registration is CLOSED as of Wednesday October 2nd.

Instructions for Registering by U.S. Mail and paying by checkPlease prepare a note providing the information listed below - most importantly include your name while attending TL because that is how the committee keeps track of registrations:

• Name While Attending TL

• Present Name (if different)

• Current Mailing Address                 

• Email Address

• Can be reached phone number (optional)    

• Number of Persons Attending Reunion

• Names of additional Attendees

• Number of Vegetarian Dinners

• Amount of check enclosed ($80 per person)

Mail your note and check payable to TLHS CLASS OF 1968 REUNION for the amount corresponding to number of persons attending to: TLHS Class of 1968, 25 San Domingo Way, Novato, CA 94945.

A confirmation will be sent to your email address within a few days of the Committee's receipt of your check.  If you wish to receive confirmation via U.S. Mail please indicate so in your note.
